Thomas E. "Arthur" Coyne, CFA - Securities Analyst

Arthur brings nineteen years of experance to his role with NWCM. He led asset allocation and fixed income research at Arnerich Massena & Associates, a Portland-based investment consulting firm. He also headed the asset allocation group at Windermere Investment Associates, a consulting firm specializing in tax-efficient investment advising for high net worth individuals and institutions, after starting his career as an investment analyst and operations manager at Smith Breeden Associates, a fixed income investment manager. As a fixed income analyst, Arthur valued and performed risk analyses on mortgage backed securities (MBS), collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs) and interest rate derivatives for the purpose of assisting savings institutions in their management of risk. In March 2005, Arthur was featured in a Brainstorm NW magazine cover story, Investing with the Best: Top Regional Financial Advisors . Arthur holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, which is the accepted standard for investment professionals.
